Deposit Policy

Customer Friendly Deposit Policy

Only $250 per service, plus $100 for an Engagement Shoot, if applicable, reserves your date with The Pros Weddings.

Deposits are fully refundable within 7 days of payment unless event is within 30 days. For events within 30 days, deposits are non-refundable.

Only one discount/promotion is applicable per customer.

Enhancements can be removed or downgraded within 60 days of deposit. Deposits on services cancelled within 60 days of deposit can be applied toward remaining service(s).

Changes to the event date can be made without penalty within 60 days of deposit, unless the event is within 30 days. Any date changes made after 60 days will incur a $100 date change fee per service. Date changes within 30 days of the event will result in loss of deposit.

Changes to event locations and times can be made until 30 days prior to the event.
